• For Bulk Orders/Wholesale, you can contact WA or come to the Offline Store

• Depends on the selected expedition when checking out (usually an estimated date of arrival will appear).
• For the fastest delivery, it is recommended to choose Grab/Gojek Sameday.
• Packages ordered before 4 pm will be processed the same day. After 4 pm will be sent the next day.

Certain! Safe packaging already included with bubble wrap and there is a broken warranty!

• We will resend if the package arrives broken or the wrong item is sent. The condition is that you have to do video unboxing as proof (from opening the package until the product sent is visible).
• For purchases via marketplaces (Shopee and Tokopedia), please contact us via the same Marketplace.

Returns are only for broken or misplaced items.
